1. The student is to write 1 page report on the History, Development, and Rules & regulations of the following sports:

2. Be sure to print or type the papers on separate sheets each.
3. All references must be listed.
Week 6 – 8
1. Make 20 X 32 collage of your favorite sports and activities
2. Use magazine clippings, posters, and Internet pictures for your references.
Physical assignments
All activities are to be performed on a daily basis
- 20 minute run/walk (With heart Rate in its target Heart Zone)
- Total body dynamic stretching routine (see warm-up chart)
4 sets of 15 push-ups
- 4 Sets of 30 Crunches
- 4 Sets of 30 Air Squats
- 4 Sets of 30 Walking Lunge
- 4 Sets of 20 Bench dips
- 4 Sets of 15 "Milk Jug" Biceps curls
