1.    Make 20 X 32 collage of your favorite sports and activities

 

2.    Use magazine clippings, posters, and Internet pictures for your references.

    All activities are to be performed on a daily basis

 

  •  20 minute run/walk (With heart Rate in its target Heart Zone)

 

  •  Total body stretching routine (see warm-up chart)

 

  •  4 sets of 15 push-ups
  • 4 Sets of 30 Crunches
